However, if you are not 100% satisfied for any valid reason, please return it within 30 days for a full refund, minus the cost of both ways shipping. However, if we misrepresent or ship the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs. Items must be in new, resalable condition in their original packaging, otherwise a restocking fee of at least 10% will apply. Please contact us to obtain a returns number before returning any item.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
We reserve the right to exchange or refund the purchase price at our sole discretion.
To receive an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization), customers must first contact us.
All warranty items must be returned in the same condition as when received.
All goods must be returned in their original condition, including all contents and components.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
International Buyers Attention
Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are no longer included in the item price or shipping costs. These costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering/buying.
Refunds
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. Clearance Items
Only regular priced items are refundable. Clearance items cannot be returned.
Exchange
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at admin@3dnusahandheld.com and send the item to our address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
